TEAM WRS's first foray into pony racing was a huge success, they came away with the winner in the last race and also had several places throughout the rest of the pony races.  Katie the raceing team manager along with the children, put in hours of hard work and training to get everything right on the day, all the children came away with big smiles and lots of prizes.

Deni commented on the day, 'it was a fantastic opportunity for the children to get to ride at a proper point to point meeting, a lot of hard work and preperation was put in before the day by both the children and team manager Katie, the weekend before saw the yard a hive of acitivity and buzz about the big day. The children got to go into the actual declaration tent and to stand in the parade ring and watch thier ponies being paraded, it was an experience they will remember for many years to come!'
