Shelly Melody is a pure bred registered Dartmoor pony. She has been with us for the last five years. She came unbroken and after being broken she was used as a lead rein pony, it was attempted to ride her off the leading rein - however the louder the children screamed the faster she galloped, with a smile on her face!! So after much thought and consideration it was decided to retrain her to pull a carriage. She really loves doing it, especially when she gets to take part at county shows and the crowd claps as she goes by.
