​We offer two livery packages, full and part livery for the on-site loan horses and ponies.

 

The full and part livery of the horses and ponies include all associated costs involved with the up keeping of them

including, any neccesary vets fees, farrier costs, hay/bedding if needing to be kept in, dentist, grass and stabling costs. 

​

The livery scheme is strictly for those children over the age of 8-18yrs, they MUST be profficient handling ponies and be able to mount and check stirrups and girth unaided,  walk and trot very competently and confidently and have a desire to spend as much time grooming the pony as they do riding them,

​

The riders are able to come to the yard on a Thursday after school, to help on the yard, Saturday - all day as part of the paid for saddle club, and Sunday to help on the yard and then spend time with the loan ponies. 

 

 All time with the loan ponies are supervised by the staff on site - they are not under instruction. We have an ethos of horse and pony welfare and always put theiir needs as a priority.

We ask that any young rider has their own third party insurance, there are many organisations that offer this, we recommend Harry Hall one club insurance which gives basic third party insurance. we will ask to see a copy of your membership email before accepting you on to our livery scheme.
