Service Description

full livery for March 2025 - to include all upkeep costs for horse/pony, does include weekly saddle club session. This service is only for those riders competent and confident handling and riding confidently in trot, steering, stopping, mounting and dismounting independently. Before making your first booking please contact the office 07889569009 or email teamwrs@icloud.com to discuss the rider and ability. On Booking every month you will need to complete the monthly loan agreement document, completing the name of the agreed horse/pony in the relevant box. If this document is not completed then the booking is invalid and you will loose your payment. Only full months livery are available - no weekly or day rates.

Cancellation Policy

The pony/horse, hereby known as 'the horse', stated in the monthly li booking is on to the person stated on the booking form, if a minor, those signing on behalf on the rider, take on liability and responsibility. This contract will cover the rider named and any other such family member that has cause to be covered by such agreement. The L chargelivery is charged as per the stated rate for part of full livery and it is agreed by signing that you ay the livery on a month to month basis, livery is inclusive of all costs associated to the upkeep of the horse or pony. however, costs can be recovered should it be shown that injuries are caused to the horse/pony from neglect of duties of the loanee. The horse is not to be overworked, and the rider/handler will adhere to the yard code of conduct and horse welfare protocols. Should these protocols be breached - a list can be found in the office, immediate termination of the loan agreement will take place, with no refund given. Any accidents howsoever caused, needs to be reported to managment, Riding and handling of horses can result in injury or death it is a high risk sport, Old Worcester Riding School Stables and Kingleighs Equine Education Centre do not accept any responsibility for any injury or death, howsoever caused to any person covered by this policy and contract. This loan agreement will run monthly concurrently unless a full month notice is given by either side.
